Electric Ride Shop is an authorized dealer for multiple brands and each brand has their own policies so depending on the brand you buy please refer to that brands policies listed below:

Refund Information Eunorau

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is canceled, you will get the full refund through the original payment route. while we cannot cancel the order if the product already has been shipped out. Moreover, To prevent loss or damage when return, please do do not reject the delivered ebike, and do receive the package first, then contact us via Livechat / Phone / Email immediately, we will call the UPS/FedEx to pick up door to door and take it back. The left refund that has deducted the certain shipping cost will be applied to the original card used in the transaction. Appreciated for your kindly cooperation in advance.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept a return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 calendar days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return,customers must receive the product in 100% new, Re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories,promotional material, and in the original packaging.Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 calendar days after the delivery date, and pay for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouses located in the US/AU/EU/UK. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition according to Clause, we will refuse a refund.If the returned products are in original condition according to Clause, and the reasons attributable to the EUNORAU, we will agree to refund the full paid amount, while the reasons attributable to the Customer, we need to deduct the shipping cost first, then the left part will be refunded.

* Annotation:

1) The reasons attributable to the Customer if:

  • Customer placed wrong order or purchased wrong/unwanted product ect.
  • The product was shipped back without admittance from EUNORAU.
  • The product was damaged when shipping back.

2) The reasons attributable to the EUNORAU if:

  • Eunorau shipped out the incorrect product;
  • The product shipped was damaged or defective;
  • The product was damaged in shipping out.

Refunds (if applicable)

Progress time: 1-3 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eunorau-ebike.com.

Refund Information Monday Motorbikes

Returns & Exchanges:

Monday Motorbikes does not accept returns on used or opened items.

Cancelled motorbike orders, refused deliveries, and unopened motorbike shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs, which we will deduct from the total refunded amount at the point of return. Photo/Video proof of the unopened box will need to be sent to info@mondaymotorbikes.com and only after successfully verifying the documentation, returns will be accepted. When verified and accepted, Monday Motorbikes will provide a shipping label to return the motorbike. Refunds are issued 90-120 days AFTER Monday Motorbikes received and inspected the returned goods.

3rd Party or Self-Shipping:

Monday Motorbikes doesn't accept returns on 3rd party or self-shipped motorbikes and/or batteries. We are not liable for any unresolved issues or parts for merchandise transported to regions we do not already ship to directly and/or have authorized dealers. It is the responsibility of the owner to source an electric rideables specialist for repair or maintenance in an unsupported region.

Batteries:

Batteries are FINAL sale. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any batteries. No exceptions!

Apparel:

Monday Motorbikes Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer. The merchandise has to be in new condition to qualify for a full refund. If the product was received in a box, it must be shipped back in the same packaging in which it was received.

Refund Information Soversky

SoverSky has shipped my scooter, and it's on the way, but I need to cancel and get a refund. Is this possible?"

Once the scooter is picked up by a truck, refunds are not available. It's simply impossible for us to get it to ship back. Furthermore, the pickup cost for lifting an ultra-big & heavy package back to the warehouse is astronomical. We'd think you should try our scooter cause it's pretty cool.

While we do have 15 days return policy, if you insist, a restocking fee of 30% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase, including but not limited to unauthorized returns. When we confirm we will make the refund depending on the scooter's condition.

Refund Information Senada Bikes

Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions – Cancellation and Return

These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Senada Bikes (“SNDB”, “us” or “we”), and apply to all consumer purchases by you of any model of SNDB’s electric bikes (“e-bike(s)”) and/or related accessories offered by SNDB (collectively with e-bikes, the “Products”) in the United States only. By purchasing any Products from SNDB, or by using the Products you hereby agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Please read these Terms carefully and thoroughly as they list your obligations and rights. A dispute that you may have under these Terms will be taken to arbitration.

Basic Cancellation and Return Policy

In order to undertake a valid cancelation or return, you must obtain written approval for such cancelation or return from SNDB, which can be an approval email by contacting SNDB at support@senadabikes.com. Any cancellation without approval shall be rejected and the order process shall continue. Any Product sent back to SNDB by you without the written consent of SNDB shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Regarding small flaws and slight stains/scratches on the paint surface of the e-bike and the relevant parts:

a. Within seven days after receiving the package, please inspect the product. If there are any flaws/stains/scratches, you must report to us for further support. Exceeding this 7-day timeframe is regarded as the flaws/stains/scratches caused by the customer during use.

b. If you find this issue and contact us within 7 days, we are willing to provide coupons and other means of compensation.

c. Small flaws and slight stains may be caused by unavoidable factors in the production and transportation process, and do not affect the normal use of the product. If you cannot accept it, please do not continue to assemble the product, and repackage the product to its original state, in the meantime, please contact us at contact@senadabikes.com for further assistance.

Cancellation before Shipping Label Created

For cancel order that is placed yet not attached with a shipping label, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation Before Order Shipped (Shipping label Already Created)

An order that is with a shipping label yet not ship out shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) of the original price processing fee.

Cancellation After Order Shipped

When an order is shipped out, the shipment cannot be held up, customers need to reject the delivery package when it arrive or sign for the delivery package first and then contact Senada Bikes for a return shipping label. The refund will be issued after the package is returned and checked, a twenty percent (20%) of the original price restocking fee shall be subject.

Cancellation After Order Delivered (Package Not Opened)

For delivery is complete within 7 nature days, to cancel the order, customers are required to contact SNDB with photo and video evidence indicate that the package is not opened. After getting approval, custosmers will contact the original delivery services company to return the full package, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A twenty percent (20%) of the original price restocking fee shall be subject after the package is returned and checked.

Cancellation After Order Used

For delivery is complete within 30 nature days, to cancel the order with non-quality related reasons such as (include but not limited to):

  • Do not want/need
  • Do not fit the size
  • Do not like the Product
  • Do not accept compensation for minor shipment damage
  • Do not like the quality of the free accessories, like fenders, rear rack, etc.

The e-bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it. All items must be included like chargers, keys, hardware, etc..

Customers are required to contact SNDB with photo and video evidence indicate that the e-bike is packed back as original to get prior authorization for the return, customers will contact the original delivery services company to return the full package, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) nature days of the delivery.

The refund will be issued after the package is returned and checked, a twenty five percent (25%) of the original price restocking fee shall be subject after the package is returned and checked.

Non-returnable product

Non-returnable Products include but not limited to:

  • All accessories
  • Special orders
  • Used Products with a noticeable trace of use
  • Sale items

Non-returnable Products shall not be returned except in extreme cases, customers are required to contact SNDB to get approval.

Refund Conditions and Exceptions

In general cases, a refund will be complete in seven (7) business days. A refund may be late due to various reasons, please contact SNDB with the relevant proof for further instructions.

*Note

Please do not directly reject any FedEx/UPS packages from us if you request a return. Kindly sign for the parcel first and email us for a return shipping label before you return any item to us.

Refund Information TurboAnt

30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

Any new and unused product purchased from TurboAnt may be returned for up to 30 days after the original delivery date.

Products being returned must meet the following conditions:

  1. The products have not been used and arrive intact. A clear picture or video is required to verify this product condition.
  2. The return request is sent to us within 14 days of receipt via support@turboant.com.
  3. The products are in their original packaging and are delivered to us with a return shipping label (provided by TurboAnt after confirming the return request).
  4. The return shipping label will be valid only for 7 days after provided by TurboAnt. Your return request will be automatically closed if the products to be returned are not shipped out within 7 days. You may request a return again, but the new shipping label may not be free of charge for your second request to return the same products.

Please be aware that products returned to TurboAnt without the provided return shipping label will be rejected at the customer’s cost. Products being returned for non-defective reasons will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost, duties, or tariffs will be at the customer’s cost.

For confirmed return requests, TurboAnt will issue a refund as soon as the returned products are received. Please note that depending on your bank's processing time that it could take additional business days for this to be reflected in your account.

Refunds

Customers asking for a refund should be aware that:

If a lower price is available on the TurboAnt website or other websites due to promotional activities, TurboAnt will not refund the price difference.

TurboAnt will not accept requests asking to refund the price difference because the customer failed (e.g., forgot to use, entered a wrong code) to use the provided coupon code before checkout.

How do I return my order?

TurboAnt always wants you to have an exciting ride with us. However, if you need to return an order, we’re here to help. Contact our customer service team at support@turboant.com and send us the following information BEFORE returning it to us.

  • The reason for return.
  • The valid order number.
  • The marked delivery date.
  • A clear photo and/or video to show the product condition if you are returning for quality reasons.

The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

In very rare cases, your order may be damaged during shipping due to various reasons. In such case, please contact our customer service team via support@turboant.com with a clear photo and/or video of the production condition and we will help you with the issue immediately. Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 7 days will not be accepted.

Order cancellations

A 5% processing fee for order cancellation will be charged if the items have not shipped. Please go to “My Account” and find “Cancel Order” to submit the cancellation request, or you can also cancel the order by sending an email to support@turboant.com.

For cancellation of orders that have already shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, as well as the resulting shipping cost and tariffs.
