A. Electric bikes ship to the lower 48 States FREE SHIPPING by Fedex/UPS from warehouses located Las Vegas. Estimate delivery time 5-7 days. Electric bikes ship to Hawaii / Alaska & other countries, please choose +500USD shipping method when you check out the order. Estimate delivery time 7-15 days.

B. Accessories & Batteries ship by Fedex/UPS. Estimate delivery time 5-9 days.

  • Order more than 100USD, FREE SHIPPING;
  • Order less than 100USD, +14.99 USD as shipping fee.

Note:

  1. If the delivery address is determined by the freight carrier as a remote area, a certain shipping fee needs to be charged based on the original free shipping or charged shipping fee.
  2. If out of stock at local & nearby warehouse, Accessories & Batteries you purchased will directly ship from overseas warehouse. If applicable, there may be no tracking progress generation from UPS/FedEx until the package arrives destination country and clears customs. Estimate delivery time 10-15 business days.

How long will it take to ship my scooter out? How long will it take to arrive?

We will ship your scooter within 1-3 business days of your order placement. We will use the Freight to carry your products ,like Roadrunner , Daylight ,Estes,Central Line Etc . The delivery time depends on your location . Usually within 5 business days .

I have an order confirmation but no tracking number after a few days, why?

We ususlly book the freight though our broker , and there is a time difference between broker & Freight company and US .

Do I need to pay for Tax?

The price already include the tax , you don't need to pay .

Shipping And Delivery

Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.

In-stock e-bike/e-scooter orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (excl. weekends & holidays). Arrives in 5-7 business days.

Orders can be edited/changed per your requirements within 12 hours after it is placed.

The specific shipping time is dependent upon demand, factory production, holiday seasons, weather conditions, and other various circumstances.

We offer free shipping on all of our bikes everywhere within the lower 48 states.(Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box)

Shipping Method

Shipping is offered through UPS/FEDEX/USPS, which is free everywhere within the lower 48 states. Usually we ship spare parts by USPS and ship e-bikes and batteries by UPS or Fedex. Please provide us your correct and accurate shipping address. If you write incorrect and insufficient shipping address, you might bear the second shipping cost. Once your bike gets shipped out, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can see when the scheduled delivery time will be!

How the Bike Is Shipped

Senada Electric Bikes are shipped 95%~99% assembled. When you receive your bike and do not sure how to assemble the bike, just contact us at contact@senadabikes.com, we are here to help!

About Delivery

By default, the delivery of the packages does not require signatures. If you need a signature requirement service, please contact Senada support team after placing the order (recommended to contact us within 24 hours), we will help you add a FedEx signature service. Please note that accessory packages are not applicable to signature service.

Which countries do you ship to?

TurboAnt electric scooters ship to the 48 contiguous states of America, and the X7 Max Electric Scooter also ships to Canada.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Do you offer free shipping?

TurboAnt currently offers free shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $49 to US destinations qualify for a flat rate shipping charge of $15.

We also offer free shipping of the X7 Max E-Scooter to addresses in Canada. (Currently other e-scooter models do not ship to Canada.)

Please note that orders of e-scooter batteries and accessories will be charged a shipping fee to Canada. See details below:

How soon can I get my package(s)?

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, but occasional delays may occur.

If the shipping service provider shows your package(s) has delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the service provider as well as TurboAnt as soon as possible, and we will assist in all possible ways.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes. Your shipping address can be changed BEFORE your order has shipped. Contact our customer service via support@turboant.com and we will change the address for you.

Also note that the address CANNOT be changed once the item has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.
